- The recipient must be a Kuwaiti citizen or treated as a Kuwaiti citizen according to a decision issued by the Ministry of Interior of the State of Kuwait.
- He must have a proof of disability certificate from the Public Authority for Disability Affairs stating the existence of a hearing disability.
- That the disability that requires the hearing aids should be (moderate or severe disability).
- Only hearing aids and their accessories can be issued.
Note: The beneficiary is entitled to receive hearing aids once every two years for those under 16 years old and every 3 years for those over 16 years old.
