Residential care (Article 34)

If the disabled person is one of the applicants children:

1. Civil ID for the disabled person (in case of expiry).
2.  A copy  of the mother and father civil id .
3.  A letter from The Public Authority for Housing Welfare stating the date of the housing application (validity of 3 months).
4.  An official notification certificate from the Ministry of Justice (marriage continuity).

If one of the spouses has a disability:

1. Civil ID for the disabled person (if expired).
2. A copy husband or wife civil id , depending on the case.
3. A letter from The Public Authority for Housing Welfare stating the date of the housing application (validity of 3 months).
4.  An official notification certificate from the Ministry of Justice stating the continuity of the marriage (continuity of marriage).
