Appling for missions of the Authority

1. To be a Kuwaiti nationality.
2. The applicant should hold a valid disability certificate issued by the Public Authority for Disability Affairs for the following disabilities:

Hearing disability (moderate - severe)

Visual disability (moderate - severe)

Mobility disability (moderate – severe)

For students with learning difficulties

1. The applicant must hold a disability certificate issued by the Public Authority for Disability Affairs for no less than three years (learning difficulties).
2. Obtaining a high school diploma or its equivalent certified by the Ministry of Education.
3. That the average is not less than 70% scientific specialization outside Kuwait-(70% scientific inside Kuwait) 70% literary specialization inside and outside Kuwait.
4. The age of the student should not exceed twenty-five years when submitting the application during advertisement period.
5. That no more than two years have passed since the date of the high school certificate obtained.
6. That the student is not enrolled or registered in one of the government institutes and universities.
7. That he has not previously received a statement on a government scholarship.
8.  The applicant’s presence in person.
9. Passing the personal interview.

1. - A high school certificate certified by the Ministry of the Education with a copy on it.
2. - A certified copy of the transcript of grades for the high school in both Arabic and English.
3.  - A copy of the IELTS\ TOEFL test results certificates (if any).
4. - A copy of any academic acceptance obtained by the applicant (if any).
5. - Four personal photos, size 6X4
6. - Passport photo
7. - Copy of the nationality or proof thereof
8. - Copy of the guardian’s nationality and copy of the guardian’s civil ID
9. - Copy of the educational decision issued by the Public Authority of Disability Affairs.
